I missed it on the live feed but I think Kris Meeke went off on stage 13 and couldn't get the car back to the road.
------------
They sent the trailer out to retrieve the car, so not good news.
------------
Driver and co-driver described as "shaken but not too badly stirred."

Sad confirmation:
Meeke crashes out in France (wrc.com)

Poor Kris. Could he be pushing too hard, trying to keep up with Dani? Of course, I guess that is what he had to do. The Mini is competitive, with out a doubt and that is a good thing.

Very sorry they fell off the road. Rallying is a game of inches & it can & does bite one hard.
I'm very glad Meeke & Nagle are OK. On a brighter side they were really going for it & running toward the front of the field. They are getting closer to the prize. -

Other than Kris' disaster the MINIs are doing well. Sordo still 2nd, Araujo 7th, Campana 10th. One long stage left today and about to start.

That right-front quarter looks like it took a good beating... :frown5:

I was thinking it looked fairly intact considering the velocity it was traveling . At least for the drivers compartment where it really matters. Wonder if the shell is a write off or they'll slap it on a jig & pull it straight. A bit too far gone to buff out using Griots fine products.

Saturday WRC wrap: Ogier leads for Citroen (wrc.com)

There's an article on MaxRally about Ogier (currently leading) which includes a rather unflattering characterization of Sordo's MINI...
"Whatever you do, you can’t crash – that would make you look really stupid – but at the same time you have to win in order to make the most of a golden championship opportunity and shake off that pesky Mini, which has been following you like a bad smell all day."
 -
May his sensitive nostrils be downwind of the offensive smell by tommorrow afternoon!

As a MINI owner I fart in Ogier's general direction....

Dani Sordo "not happy to be second." (minimotorsport.com)

It's a nail-biter today. Sordo ran faster than Ogier in the first 2 stages, they tied times on the 3rd and Ogier took time back on the 4th and 5th. Sordo is now 6.7 seconds back going into the final 4.2K power stage and 1 min 14.6 sec clear of 3rd place P. Solberg. :fingerscrossed:
