I believe this is car weight only, not car plus driver like in some other series'. They drive the car on scales and weigh it. This instance was post-rally, I don't know when or how often they normally weigh, or whether they weigh all, just podium finishers, random samples...whatever.

Wow, it look like he rolled once, end for end. I thought it looked like a lot of damage to have just slid off the road. Bet that was NOT a fun ride. :nonod:

In the first video, it looked like the yellow MINI had the same checkerboard design along the side as the factory team.

Ken Block's modesty seems slightly un-American, but makes him go down very well with an Yurpeen audience.

He could probably add "It's taken me nearly as long to score points as it's taken a good F1 driver" - I would be interested to see whether he or Kimi Raikkonen took longer to do that....

    Very Bad Example!

    Sauber (2001)
On the basis of these results, Peter Sauber gave the Finn a test with the Sauber Formula One team in September 2000 at the Mugello Circuit.[7] After further tests in Jerez and Barcelona, Sauber signed Räikkönen for the 2001 season. However, some critics (including FIA president Max Mosley) voiced concerns over granting an F1 Super Licence to such an inexperienced driver: Räikkönen had only 23 car races to his credit. He was nevertheless granted his license and scored a championship point in his debut at the 2001 Australian Grand Prix. Räikkönen was asleep 30 minutes before the race.[8]
