    I'm for hydrogen as well. Any electric vehicle needs a huge battery bank and those batteries aren't clean... they need lots of rare metals that require strip-mining and long-distance transport.

    Saw a few of those when I lived in Japan. The Toyota 2000GT and the Mazda Cosmo were a couple of the coolest cars on the road in the late 60's and early 70's.

    I've always liked the looks of the Cosmo and it still looks good today.

    I love the lines of the Sports EV Concept, but by the time you get US compliant bumpers on there and all of the various required lights, reflectors, etc... then the assembly line automation engineers take a whack at the hard to assemble bits... then the bean counters get involved, it's gonna be tacky.
