My younger son turned 16 in October. He plays football so he had to wait a few weeks to get his license(practice and games). We have been to 4 MOTD and have done all kinds of car stuff together. He is always ready to help work out in the garage. A cupel of days after he got his license he wrote this pome. I thank it shows what a gear-head he is. What once was a dream is now reality the spark of the ignition the burning fire of the engine that burns eternally Like the crash of waves the first shift sends us into the rapids of streets the second shift changes power to speed the third shift takes control of me the rumble of the engine the screaming of the soul propels us forward on a journey for eternity beauty and nature burn when they learn of you and me love for eternity made only by God just for you and me we glide threw mists We conquer all Together you and I We can do anything Speed past the police Or even redline for excitement and curiosity Like the crack of lighting stories of us will be told and heard by all Love like ours shouldn't be We make a great team you and me With the spark of the ignition And the fire of the engine What once was a dream Is now reality this is his car and yes it is a manual. He would not have it another way. This year he gets to drive the Dragon
