    Really...the whole process of ordering my MINI: tracking the build, checking the status just after I got up each morning, watching ship movements, docking in Baltimore, then stalking it in STL across the dealer's three locations. Very memorable!

    If he did the MINI was replaced with: "some black car that he didn't get a good look at, that had to have at least 1,000 HP and nitrous... " :D

    Flying to Phoenix, buying and driving GP0808 home to Texas, getting to keep my 2009 FJCW :) and going to MOTD for the first time.....

    The annual "Rumble at the Strip" a 2 day autox event on an old WW2 runway, followed by a lapping day at Shannonville msp. It's a fun 3 day getaway that several clubs make the trip for. Damn I miss my MINI.

    There were so many.

    Maybe a tie for the top was MOTD 10 & driving out on the dragon at 5:30 am to head home. It was the night of the super moon & it was surreal with the moon, the MINI & me. No other traffic, none. That memory will stay with me to the grave.

    The other is the day Babs picked up her clubster & we became a two MINI family.

    I join with others relishing the arrival of our 2 MINIs! Parting with our MS was depressing, but I'm sure it understood there were only two berths in the garage and a very thin wallet.

    MOTD 10 was definitely a highlight (it always is) but i think the one moment that out shined it was in Aug when i got my glorified rust bucket!:drool A 1979 classic mini clubman named the ugly duckling! bringing our MINI/Mini family to 4!

    For 2012, MOTD, MOB and MITM are the best memories. :)

    A little bit of MTTS helped too. :Thumbsup:

    I really loved doing the loop drive to MOTD 10, then up to MOB, then back to Colorado.

    Scooter did well. :)
