Before 8 track and 4 track tape players, they had a record player that mounted on the center hump. You pushed a 45 record into a slot in the front and it played it, you had to eject and flip the record over to play the other side.

When I was a little kid, the teenage girl across the street had a boyfriend who had one of those in his car.
