Hi! I live in Mexico and just ordered a 2010 Mini Cooper (no turbo for me :() last week. I'm so excited about finally being able to purchase one. It is going to be a Horizon Blue one with white top.
Since I am a newbie, I would like some advise from expert modders like you. So far, I've bought it a grille badge from MiniBee and a pair of Union Jack side markers scuttles.
I think the next step will be adding a honeycomb grille, even though I'm open to new ideas.
As soon as I get it I'll be posting pics of it. PEACE!

Welcome! Here are a couple inexpensive mods that I think are important: a shorty antenna and a Whalen shift knob (or JCW shift knob if you prefer).

If you are getting runflat tires, replacing them with non-runflat tires is the best thing you can do to improve handling.

After that, the sky's the limit - enjoy!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome and the short advices. I just ordered the short antenna and will be looking forward for the JCW upgrades.
Has anyone got an idea on where can I get the white sidemarkers like the ones that come with the S version?

Welcome aboard, but you must stop calling your MINI "IT". Rules require that you think of a propoer name.

Welcome, gotta love Horizon Blue. Gotta get the silver bulbs to go with the clear side lenses, I don't have the lenses on my site but do have them in stock. As with most parts I don't have everything on the site some day I will, but I'm busy working on cars to work on the site.
